Positions held include, owner, national director of food & beverage, corporate chef, executive chef, general manager and more.
JC is results driven, with stateside and international history, managing top-tier establishments. Experience includes concept design, culinary management, pre-opening, multi-unit oversight, menu & wine list development, branding, social media marketing, associate training & retention, proven cost control and P&L management.
